GENERAL INFORMATION
Registrations fees are VAT 22% included.
Registration is due for all participants (both presenters and attendees only). Payment can be performed by credit card or bank transfer.
Conference fee includes: participation, welcome reception on Sunday (Sept. 13th), coffee breaks, conference dinner on Thursday (Sept 17th), poster reception
For Students attending the School only, there is a symbolic contribution of 20 euros.
The School on Quantum Simulation is open to max 94 attendees.
Due to popular request, discounted registration fees will continue to be applied after July 31st

**Conference dinner tickets for accompanying persons are available at the price of 50€ and are subject to venue capacity limits. It is highly recommended to secure these tickets during the initial registration process or by contacting organizers early, as they may sell out.
CANCELLATION POLICY
50% refund for cancellations received before August 18, 2026 (less an administrative fee of 25€).
Please note that beyond this deadline the registration fee will no longer be refundable but substitutions will still be accepted. Reimbursements will be processed after che Conference.
School registration fees are not refundable.
INVOICE
Registration is confirmed only upon payment receipt. The invoice will be sent after payment by e-mail and prior to the conference (please fill in the invoicing details during the registration procedure: you can choose to address the invoice to a physical person or to a company/institution.) The invoice is issued by Pragma Congressi srl. Vat number IT02031910181

IMPORTANT (for Italian participants)
Information for those requiring an invoice made to an Italian Public Body (ENTE PUBBLICO): Pragma Congressi is an ITALIAN company that issues invoices with 22% VAT. Receipts cannot be issued.
If the participant requires the invoice being made to an Italian public body (ENTE PUBBLICO), we ask the participant to first verify and agree the procedure with their administration. Specific payment instructions will then be communicated.
